RRR OSAKA Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the use of bicycle rental services and related products provided by RRR OSAKA ("Company").

Article 2 (Service Scope)
The Company provides:
1) Bicycle rental (E-Bike / Regular Bike)
2) Pass products (6-hour/24-hour/36-hour trial, short-term, long-term, corporate)
3) Hotel-delivery passes (multi-use rounds)
4) Accessories (including child/infant seats)

Article 3 (Pass Policy V2)
1) Trial pass: 6 hours / 24 hours / 36 hours, E-Bike / Regular Bike options (one use per person in total, regardless of bike type)
2) Short-term pass: 1-7 days, E-Bike / Regular Bike
3) Long-term pass: 15/30/60 days, E-Bike only
4) Corporate pass: 100/200/300 days, E-Bike only
5) Hotel-delivery pass: 5 or 10 rounds
6) Long-term/corporate/hotel-delivery passes can be used in split sessions by remaining balance.
7) Long-term/corporate passes can consume companion usage (per-order limit):
- 15-day: up to 1 companion (2 riders total)
- 30-day: up to 2 companions (3 riders total)
- 60-day: up to 3 companions (4 riders total)
- Corporate: up to 10 companions (11 riders total)
8) Corporate passes are purchasable by corporations, sole proprietors, and individuals.
9) Long-term/corporate passes are valid for 10 years from purchase date.
10) Child/infant seats are excluded from pass consumption and charged separately at the active pricing-catalog daily rate.

Article 4 (Hotel-delivery Pass)
1) Pricing is based on one-way, per item.
2) Operating windows follow the service page; default windows are:
- RRR to Hotel: 20:00-22:00
- Hotel to RRR: apply by 22:00 the previous day, pickup 08:30-10:00 next day

Article 5 (Payment and Security Deposit)
1) Settlement currency is JPY.
2) Booking products are fully prepaid at checkout.
3) The final payable amount is determined by the active pricing catalog and server-side recalculation at checkout.
4) Any separate security deposit is handled as a credit-card authorization and is cancelled after normal return.

Article 6 (Cancellation and Refund)
Refund rates for the prepaid amount by days before use date:
- 10+ days: 100%
- 9 days: 90%
- 8 days: 80%
- 7 days: 70%
- 6 days: 60%
- 5 days: 50%
- 4 days: 30%
- 3 days or less: non-refundable

Article 7 (User Obligations)
Users must comply with applicable laws and safety rules. Transfer/resale/lending of pass benefits is prohibited.

Article 8 (Liability and Disputes)
Users are responsible for damages caused by their negligence. Disputes are subject to the court with jurisdiction over the Company's location.

Article 9 (Damage to the Rental Bicycle Itself and Insurance Limits)
Japanese rental-bike insurance is generally liability coverage for third-party injury/property damage, and damage to the rental bicycle itself is normally the customer’s responsibility. Total loss or major body damage may be charged at actual repair or replacement cost. For short tourist use, accident investigation and insurance claim handling are not realistic, so damage or total loss is handled under the rental terms as a customer-paid cost.

All items rented or provided free of charge must, except for wear from ordinary use, be returned in a condition comparable to when provided and suitable for normal provision to the next customer. If an item is lost, not returned, or is damaged, defaced, or heavily soiled due to the user's intent or negligence so that reuse is difficult, repair, cleaning, or equivalent-replacement costs may be charged.
