Trial passes are separately priced, one-time purchases for the purchaser only and are not the standard one-day reservation price. A child may accompany the purchaser when a child seat or child bike is selected at checkout; no adult companion allocation is included.

Returns & Cancellations
Customer-Initiated Cancellation & Refund
Dated regular- and electric-bike rental reservations, excluding Trial passes, follow the eight usage-date rules below. Trial passes are fully refundable when cancelled at least 7 days before the usage date; they are non-refundable less than 7 days before use or after use. Separately purchased passes are refundable only if unused and within 7 days of purchase; they are non-refundable after that period or after use.
Regular- and Electric-Bike Rental Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy (Based on usage date, JST 00:00)
- 10 days before use: 100% refund
- 9 days before use: 90% refund
- 8 days before use: 80% refund
- 7 days before use: 70% refund
- 6 days before use: 60% refund
- 5 days before use: 50% refund
- 4 days before use: 30% refund
- 3 days before use onwards: No refund
For cancellations and refunds due to customer's change of mind, the refund amount may be deducted for actual costs incurred (payment processing fees, refund processing fees, transfer fees, etc.). Full refunds without deduction will be provided for refunds due to company's fault (wrong delivery/quality/system errors, etc.).
Company-Initiated or Force Majeure Refunds
Full refunds will be provided if service delivery becomes impossible due to natural disasters, disasters, or company responsibility.
Inventory
Bookings made less than 7 days before the start date may not be able to secure inventory. Please contact us in advance.
Suitcase Delivery to Hotel & Pickup Times
- Delivery: Delivered to hotel between 20:00-22:00 on the same day
- Pickup: Pickup at hotel lobby between 08:30-10:00 the next day, only for applications received by 22:00 the previous day
