• Bicycle driver injury insurance is not mandatory, so please purchase travel insurance if needed.

• Accidents caused by violations of Japanese bicycle traffic laws may not be covered by insurance or may result in significant disadvantages in liability compensation.

• Keep to the left, sidewalk usage restrictions, no two-person riding or parallel riding, lights required at night

• From April 1, 2026, the blue-ticket traffic fine system applies to bicycle riders aged 16 and over.

1. All bicycles are enrolled in the maintenance plan of Cycle Hero Namba Store.
2. Repairs for punctures are free. For bicycle exchange requests (only when operation is impossible), please contact us via LINE immediately.
3. If body damage or total loss is caused by the user, own-damage insurance for the rental bicycle itself does not apply and actual repair or replacement cost will be charged. Repair cost is calculated using Cycle Hero Namba Store’s official repair labor table and may be deducted from the deposit before refund.
4. All items rented or provided free of charge must, except for wear from ordinary use, be returned in a condition comparable to when provided and suitable for normal provision to the next customer. If an item is lost, not returned, or is damaged, defaced, or heavily soiled due to the user's intent or negligence so that reuse is difficult, repair, cleaning, or equivalent-replacement costs may be charged.

However, minor scratches, wear, and removable stains from normal riding are not subject to repair charges.
